* 3-5 + years of experience directly related to web development.

* Extensive experience creating web applications and web services using Microsoft Visual Studio .NET and C#
* Extensive experience in the development of N-tier applications with database back-ends - SQL Server 2005/2008

* Some knowledge of XML, XSLT, HTML, JavaScript, CSS
* Has a solid understanding of software design
* Has applied experience in transforming customer requirements into functional and technical solutions.

2) Systems Engineer

* MCSE 2003, VMWARE VCP certified

* Excellent technical writing skills for pre-sales work and project documentation  

* Ability to communicate and present to multiple levels within our clients
* Ability to multi-task and prioritize
* Ability to interface with sales, other support departments and service providers
